Agreement
Being a buyer or seller or engaging into any activities into the site are purely voluntary. You do not have to provide any personal information to us unless you access features on the site that require such information. If you do not agree to the terms of this policy, please exit the site noblag.com. By using the site noblag.com, you agree to the terms of this privacy policy and terms of use.
Collection
Our main reason we collect your personal information is to provide you with a joyful, smooth, and efficient experience on our Site. Noblag collects information from you when you register and engage into certain activities on the Site such as your full name, valid telephone number, contact/billing information, email address, and physical address. Each Member must create a unique user id and password to access or use certain parts of our Site. We also collect financial data (such as your credit card or debit card number) in certain instances. If you do not provide the requested information, you may not be able to access or use the features of the Site where such information is requested. If you communicate with us by e-mail, post messages to any of our chat groups, or otherwise complete online forms, any information provided in such communication may also be collected. Marketing
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We may combine your personal information with information we collect from other companies and use it to improve and personalize our services, content and advertising. If you do not wish to receive marketing communications from us, you can indicate your communications preference in your noblag home page or within the direct communication from us. If do not wish to participate in our ad-customization programs, you can opt-out by following the directions provided within the applicable advertisement.
DISCLOSURE INFORMATION
We disclose personal information to respond to legal requirements, enforce our policies, respond to claims that a listing or other content violates the rights of others, or protect anyone's rights, property, or safety. Such information will be disclosed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Service providers under contract who help with our business operations such as, but not limited to, fraud investigations, bill collection, affiliate and rewards programs, site operations, and co-branded credit cards.
Other third parties to whom you explicitly ask us to send your information (or about whom you are otherwise explicitly notified and consent to when using a specific service).
Law enforcement, governmental agencies, or authorized third-parties, in response to a verified request relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity or any other activity that may expose us, you, or any other noblag user to legal liability. In such events, we will disclose information relevant and necessary to the investigation or inquiry, such as name, city, state, zip code, telephone number, email address, User ID history, IP address, fraud complaints, bidding and listing history, and anything else we may deem relevant to the investigation.
Credit bureaus. We may report information about your account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your credit report.
Other business entities, should we plan to merge with or be acquired by that business entity. (Should such a combination occur, we will require that the new combined entity follow this Privacy Policy with respect to your personal information. If your personal information will be used contrary to this policy, you will receive prior notice.).
Without limiting the above, in an effort to respect your privacy and our ability to keep the community free from bad actors, we will not otherwise disclose your personal information to law enforcement, other government officials, or other third parties without a subpoena, court order or substantially similar legal procedure, except when we believe in good faith that the disclosure of information is necessary to prevent imminent physical harm or financial loss or to report suspected illegal activity.

Hassle-Free Spam, Spyware or Spoofing
We and our usersd do not tolerate spam. We suggest that you set up your noblag communication preferences so we can communicate to you as you prefer. You are not licensed to add other noblag users, even a user who has purchased an item from you, to your mailing list without their express content. To report noblag-related spam, please forward the email to [email protected] . You may not use our communication tools to send spam or otherwise send content that would violate our User Agreement. We automatically scan and may manually filter messages to check for spam, viruses, phishing attacks, and other malicious activity or illegal or prohibited content, but we do not permanently store messages sent through these tools. If you send an email to an email address that is not registered in our community (via Refer-a-Friend or other tools), we do not permanently store that email or use that email address for any marketing purpose. We do not rent or sell these email addresses.
Affiliated Businesses
We work closely with our affiliated businesses. In some cases, these businesses might sell offerings to you directly through noblag. In other cases, we might sell product lines jointly with these businesses. You can tell when a third party is involved in your transactions, and we share customer information related to those transactions with that third party. We Do Not Control.
Personal information Security Measures.

Personal Information changes
If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may cancel your registration at any time, or delete or modify your personal information by logging in to our website and visiting your registration page and following the instructions provided. You may also make a request by contacting our customer support or by contacting us by telephone or postal mail using the contact information listed below. We will respond to your request to access within 30 days
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Thereafter, we will retain and use your information only as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Receiving emails from our site is part of our service. If you no longer wish to receive these emails, you may opt out of them by canceling your account.
Third-Party Service Providers
We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. Promotional Offers
Sometimes we send offers to selected groups of noblag customers on behalf of other businesses. When we do this, we do not give that business your name and address. Business Transfers
As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy stores, subsidiaries, or business units. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Notice (unless, of course, the customer consents otherwise). Also, in the unlikely event that Noblag or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.
Public Information
Noblag is designed to allow buyers and sellers to engage in transactions although we also provide you with the opportunity to communicate privately with buyers and sellers. We also make chat rooms, and news groups available to you. Please understand that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information. We have no control over its use and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information. If you cannot do so yourself, to request removal of your personal information from our community forum, contact us. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.
Privacy
noblag sometimes contains links to other websites, including links from partners that may use noblag logos as part of a co-branding agreement. This privacy policy does not apply to such third party websites, nor are we responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites. The sites those links can take you to have their own separate privacy policy, and although we seek to protect the integrity of our site, noblag is not liable for the content and activities of those sites. What Choices Do I Have?
As discussed above, you can always choose not to provide information, even though it might be needed to make a purchase.
You can add or update certain information on pages such as those referenced in the "Which Information Can I Access?" section above. When you update information, we usually keep a copy of the prior version for our records.
If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, please adjust your Email Preferences or unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any noblag e-mail.

Minors
Only those who are 18 years or older may use noblag. Personal registration information submitted by a person under the age of 18 will not be accepted. Any general information provided by a person under the age of 18 and gathered (for instance, through the use of cookies) during his or her visit may be used as indicated in this policy (see Section 2). noblag is committed to protecting the privacy of children and has no intention of collecting personal data from children under the age of 18.
